ph876 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph876 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law.

13. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ph876 Platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or software vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after wagering deposited funds;

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interlocutory or injunctive relief before a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

16. Severability
